Description :	Partie inférieure : comporte deux registres séparés par une forte moularation ; le registre supérieur comprend les socles des colonnes de la partie supérieure ; en bas, le gradin d'autel est en bois sculpté, peint et doré. Partie supérieure : qautre colonnes de marbre séparent une partie centrale et deux parties latérales ; la partie centrale un groupe sculpté en terre cuite, qui représente la Nativité. Parties latérales : chacune comporte une niche contenant une statue en terre cuite : à gauche, une sainte Femme, à droite, un saint personnage. Couronnement : au-dessus des colonnes, quatre architraves étroites portent la retombée de l'arc central, et les socles ; la partie supérieure présente un fronton courbe brisé à enroulements.

Historique :	Le retable est le reste d'un retable plus important, modifié lors des travaux de reconstruction de l'église, sous la direction de l'architecte Pascal Vérité, vers 1902-1905, ou postérieurement à ces travaux. Deux ailes latérales qui contenaient chacune une statue dans une niche, ont été supprimées. Le retable est constitué de deux parties d'époques différentes : la partie inférieure paraît dater du 16e siècle, tandis que la partie supérieure est du 17e siècle. Les peintures et dorures actuelles semblent dater du début du 19e siècle (vers 1808 ?). Le tabernacle, qui était du début du 19e siècle, a été enlevé.
