Description :	La partie centrale est bordée par deux colonnes. Au centre, un cadre contient une toile représentant le Martyre de saint Sébastien. L'entablement est en légère avancée au-dessus de la partie centrale et en plus forte saillie au-dessus des colonnes. A l'étage supérieur, une niche contient une statue de saint Gilles, en terre cuite (?) polychrome.
